Service Description

Group runs with up to 10 runners meet at Deer Creek Canyon Park every other Thursday beginning at 4:30 P.M. Runs usually last from 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours, depending on weather, available daylight and route. Please note: Our group training does not include personal training.
